assault of girlfriend Rihanna have led the superstar to back out of an

Even though Rihanna has forgiven Chris Brown for his attack on her in
2009, there are still those who haven’t. As Chris is out on his “Carpe
Diem” world tour, he was due to perform a show in Guyana on Dec. 26, but
protests over his violent past have caused the “Don’t Wake Me Up”
singer to cancel the show!
Huffington Post reports that the concert promoter Hits & Jams
Entertainment said on Thursday, Nov. 22 that Chris backed out of the
show because of his discomfort with the protests. Women’s rights groups
and opposition lawmakers said Chris would not be welcome in Guyana.
